Nice Mahshi
We were really looking forward to a lovely seaside lunch and the seafood platter but were so disappointed. The prawns were so shrivelled and overcooked, so they didn't pull away from the shell and we could hardly get any meat from them. The grilled fish was completely dry and over cooked. The small fried fish were under-cooked and soggy. The squid was like rubber. The grilled vegetables were so burnt but not cooked through. The only redeeming feature of the meal were the potato wedges. Thankfully our kids ate their pizza, which wasn't too bad. We didn't stay long as we felt uncomfortable with people milling around the restaurant staring at us hoping that we'd leave so that they could get a table. The restaurant was full with only three waiters, who on top of taking orders and serving food, were moving tables and chairs in and out of the restaurant to accomodate more people. There were also dealing with people who were arguing with staff as they seated people who arrived after other people. It really wasn't a pleasant atmosphere. Everything was great: the staff, the food, the atmosphere. Youssuf was very helpful, and the catch of the day was delightful.
